Our inquiry forms collect your name, email address and any business name, insurance interests, estimated annual revenue or message you choose to provide. Some forms request fewer details. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment information or medical records.

How your inquiry is handled

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss your business insurance needs. Form submissions are delivered to our designated email recipients through the website’s mail service. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver these messages.

The inquiry form does not create a public post or a customer account. Information sent by email may remain in business correspondence; submitting a form does not automatically delete that correspondence or enroll you in a marketing subscription.

Technical information and website security

The website and hosting services process technical information associated with requests, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the service. The inquiry form uses a short-lived identifier derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions. This is separate from information that may appear in hosting or security logs.

Instant Quote links on our NEXT Insurance page take you to NEXT’s website through an agency referral link. NEXT and its service providers may receive referral and technical information and collect information you enter there under their own privacy practices. Our inquiry form does not automatically send its contents to NEXT.
